Everything we make is printed after you order it, which shapes how shipping and returns work. Here is the whole picture.
Where we ship
The United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are not shipping internationally yet.
What it costs
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no threshold to hit.
How long it takes
Two to five business days to make your order, then three to five business days in transit. So most orders arrive within a week and a half of being placed. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start production the next business day.
If something is wrong with your order
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email hello@sandhillsstandard.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. You will not need to ship the original back.
Same goes if you receive the wrong item or the wrong size from what you ordered.
If you change your mind
Because every item is made for you specifically, we cannot restock or resell a returned item, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, colour, or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes and unsure, email us first and we will help you decide.
This is the honest trade-off of made-to-order: nothing is produced that nobody wanted, but we cannot take it back if it is simply not for you.
Cancelling or changing an order
Email us as soon as you can. If production has not started we can change or cancel it. Once it is in production we cannot.
Wrong address
If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and reship it once you confirm the correct address. A second shipment after a customer address error is at your cost.
Lost in transit
If tracking has not moved for a week, or the carrier marks a package delivered and you do not have it, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will sort it out.
