Sandhills Standard is a trade name of Colfax Incorporated, a Colorado corporation based in Denver. This page explains what we collect when you shop with us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Order information — your name, email address, shipping address, and what you ordered.
- Payment information — your card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Account information — if you create an account, the email address and password you choose. Passwords are stored hashed, not in readable form.
- Site data — standard web server logs, and the cookies needed to keep your cart and login working.
Who we share it with
We share only what each partner needs to fill your order:
- Our print partners (Printful, Printify and Prodigi) receive your name and shipping address so your order can be printed and shipped to you.
- Our payment processor handles the transaction and the card data we never touch.
- Our email provider delivers your order confirmation and shipping notice.
We do not sell your information. We do not hand it to advertisers or data brokers.
Dispatches and email
If you sign up for Dispatches, we keep your email address to send them, and we can see basic delivery information such as whether an email was opened. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we stop sending as soon as you use it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally seven years. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, though we may have to keep the underlying order records to meet those obligations.
Cookies
We use cookies for the things that would otherwise break: remembering what is in your cart, keeping you logged in, and completing checkout. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout will not work without them.
Your choices
Email hello@sandhillsstandard.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and we will respond within thirty days.
